I love to eat breakfast in the morning and today i am sharing several recipes that i posted recently on my Instagram account. These are super easy recipes that you can make in the morning in less than 10 minutes. So, lets have breakfast!
P.S. these are great in the afternoon too!
Strawberry Vanilla Oat Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients: Optional toppings: Sliced banana, crushed almonds, berries, and dark chocolate to garnish Directions: Place everything except for toppings in a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with your favorite toppings.Strawberry Vanilla Oat Breakfast Bowl
Fully loaded Acai Bowl with lots of fruit, coconut milk and yummy toppings!
Ingredients: Toppings: choose what you like💜 Directions:Fully loaded Acai Bowl
Crushed almonds, seeds, granola, blueberries, raspberries, bananas, coconut, etc
Combine all ingredients into high speed blender and blend until smooth. Top with your favorite toppings.
Enjoy!
Apple Smoothie Bowl🍎
Ingredients: Suggested Toppings: choose what you like💛 Directions: Combine all ingredients into high speed blender and blend until smooth. Top with your favorite toppings.Apple Smoothie Bowl
Crushed almonds or hazelnuts, seeds, toasted grains, granola, quinoa flakes, blueberries, raspberries, bananas, strawberries, sliced apple, etc
For the toppings I used: toasted crushed almonds, super seed mix from Trader Joes, quinoa flakes, fresh blueberries and strawberries, sliced apples, and fresh figs.

Spiced Apple-Orange Smoothie
Ingredients: Blend and serve!Spiced Apple-Orange Smoothie Smoothie
Not your regular peanut butter toast
Whole wheat toast, peanut butter, sliced apples on one side with a tiny pinch of cinnamon… sliced bananas on the other side, crushed pistachios and freeze dried raspberry to top!!!!
