Breakfast ideas

I love to eat breakfast in the morning and today i am sharing several recipes that i posted recently on my Instagram account. These are super easy recipes that you can make in the morning in less than 10 minutes. So, lets have breakfast!

P.S. these are great in the afternoon too!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries ( i used frozen)
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • zest from ½ lemon
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Optional toppings: Sliced banana, crushed almonds, berries, and dark chocolate to garnish

Directions:

Place everything except for toppings in a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen acai packs unsweetened ( I used Sambazon)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup ripe papaya
  • 1 ripe peach
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon tahini (optional, but goes really well)
  • 2 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 1 tsp vanilla nectar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Toppings: choose what you like💜
Crushed almonds, seeds, granola, blueberries, raspberries, bananas, coconut, etc

Directions:
Combine all ingredients into high speed blender and blend until smooth. Top with your favorite toppings.
Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 red apple, cored and roughly chopped
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or a milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon tahini (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon all spice
  • Tiny pinch of salt

Suggested Toppings: choose what you like💛
Crushed almonds or hazelnuts, seeds, toasted grains, granola, quinoa flakes, blueberries, raspberries, bananas, strawberries, sliced apple, etc

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into high speed blender and blend until smooth. Top with your favorite toppings.
For the toppings I used: toasted crushed almonds, super seed mix from Trader Joes, quinoa flakes, fresh blueberries and strawberries, sliced apples, and fresh figs.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large orange or 2 small ones, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 red apple, corded and roughly chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or to taste
  • 6-8 large ice cubes

Blend and serve!

Whole wheat toast, peanut butter, sliced apples on one side with a tiny pinch of cinnamon… sliced bananas on the other side, crushed pistachios and freeze dried raspberry to top!!!!
