Feel Good Smoothie

If you are in the mood to blend something yummy in the morning, here’s is a delicious smoothie to jump start your day!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon mesquite powder
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1 tangerine, peeled
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon goji berries

Directions:

Blend well and enjoy!
